At Yostar Official Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels, accessories, and promotional inserts are included.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
